The Barber Truck
Salem has been renovating a box truck into a mobile barber shop to serve the surrounding areas with. Our mission is to spread Christ's love through giving FREE haircuts to people who are in need.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
We're trying to get this ministry off the ground, and have been outfitting the truck since 2020. With cutting un-kept hair in a confined space, there is a very large concern for health and safety. We are currently navigating setting up a safety and cleaning team to enable us to safely and effectively serve the community. We not only ask for prayer for opportunities to share the Gospel, but also for wisdom for the ministry team.

Periodically, we also have haircut fundraisers to bolster the Barber Truck Fund, and pay for things like gas and maintenance.

We have an Amazon registry set up where specific need items can be purchased and sent to Salem Bible Church. These things include towels, fresh capes and combs and various disinfectants. Anything helps!
